– as promised here’s a new sketch of one of Matt Triumphs. This is the Bonnie which I’ve had for 10 years bought from a West Chicago biker gang as a ‘project’. Well she looks quite picturesque now.

– a week shy of Thanksgiving sees us in the transition of seasons. Cooler weather and shorter days means wrapping up and making sure your clearly visible in duller lights or low suns.

– on our return drive from a weekend away we stopped at the hipster town of Three Oaks MI. In one of the dusty window displays at an old hardware store stands a couple of vintage bikes. A 750cc Triumph Bonneville and a Norton Commando. I’ll have a 1/2lb bag of 6d nails please!

Pure ‘n’ Simple
Just love this black ink sketch of a lass and her vintage Triumph motorcycle. I’m going to give this spare graphic look a go.

Two of Us
– we recreated the classic photo of designers Charles and Ray Eames a while back. All I needed was a pipe to complete the look.

High and Dry
Nice clean lines for this Bonnie with the exhaust routed above the chain case on the drive side.

We dusted off, gassed up, and rolled out the old Bonnie’s for a nice Saturday afternoon ride up north. Leaves are emerging as spring temperatures rise and the sun shines.

On the buses
– zooming along the Interstate racing a Greyhound Bus on a Triumph.

Hard as nails. These five lasses are stern looking and have gallons of attitude. A couple of nice sixties Bonneville offer an appropriate foil to the image.
