– popularly known as Captain Tom, was a British Army officer and centenarian, known for his achievements raising $45 million for charity in the run-up to his 100th birthday during the COVID-19 pandemic by walking 100 laps around his garden. He passed away today from COVID-19, complicated by pneumonia. He had surely made it clear that you’re never to old to make a difference.

– I’ve started following the Instagram page of a young German RTW biker Martin Klauka who, four years ago, was joined by a tuxedo colored cat he named Mogli. He celebrates her birthday on January 29th (today) and has so far travelled from Europe through the Middle East to India.
