Just have a read of the adventuresome lifestyle a Triumph owner would experience by riding the legend British twin. James Bond comes to mind! Plenty of scantily clad gals as well as: skydiving, rapids in a kayak martial arts, deep sea fishing. Quite outlandish: but that’s how the sixties and seventies must have been like.
Well it’s kind of like…

The 60’s were most certainly NOT like that for most people.. not even a little bit.
The 60’s were a carry-over from the Black and White monotone 50’s.. all grey and gloomy. Until, the Beatles arrived and sunlight appeared. Wonderful. What a difference.!
The 70’s carried on where the 60’s left off with largely better music until Punk appeared, and that spoiled everything. However, the Eagles were just going onstage and that cheered most of us up.. no end.
Attitudes in the 60’s were much like the 50’s.. I couldn’t see a lot of change.. and if guys can remember sex, the pill, pulling and stuff.. well, either they’re a liar.. or they weren’t there.. or both.
The 70’s.. my era as a 20 something.. were very different, much more relaxed. Girls were generally as keen as the boys and.. enough said really Still, we had ABBA, Rod Stewart and the Faces, The Police, Dire Straits, so many more. And Motown music.!!
Happy days.. the best.
