Next Project…

Dear oh dear oh dear! What do I get myself into? A nice northern Illinois jaunt over to Galena tomorrow to and look at, and most likely buy, this forlorn Triumph Cub frame in need of a home. Or some motorcycle restoring sucker! Well my thoughts would be to build a wee classic trials bike. Let’s see where this green lane leads us!

    MAGNIFICENT..good on you.. go do it!
    If I were fitter[ish] I’d B’do it meself.
    They are, when in a modernised state [not so much as when originals].. when updated with moderne bits and pieces.. superb trials bikes. And the very backbone in the UK of the pre ’65 Trials scene. There are any amount of suppliers for ‘moderne’ bits here in the UK.
    Wonderful.. if only.

      Luck will come into play somewhere along the way! As well as desperation, guile, tears, blood, cursing, joy, indifference, enthusiasm; among many other life lessons! Sometimes by themselves other times all mixed up… Ah restoration project! Nothing like it for exercising the soul ! Thanks for your comment!
