Suits me sir!

Another day, another dog walk – same route, same spot. Parked in the same location as yesterdays Explorer was this well ridden Thruxton. Black with golden pinstripe. More lithe and laid back than the behemoth from yesterday.  Choice? I think the Thruxton pips it.

  1. Aaaaaaah.. a weighty matter.. at last.!
Consider your own Bonneville.. my information says 175 kgs/ 385 lbs. No wonder this poor modern asthmatic needs the extra horses.?
Whatever next.. the new Kawasaki Ninja with wings..

    • There’s good performance bits and dietary methods to get either a Hinckley Bonnie or Thruxton into the realm of having a bit extra poke. See what our pal Pollock can do. The new Kwak? I can’t see how anyone could handle the 300 or so HP without a big race circuit, agile throttle hand and weighty kahoonas.
Weather looking good for another autumnan jaunt on Sunday . will head around towards Michigan .

  2. Weather.?
    Stop showing off..
Dismal here, wet.. you know the rest.
And the clocks go back this WE, so it’ll only get worse.
